Room temperature
Another thing I want to talk about is the temperature of the room. You have to find out the temperature of the room when you are going to sleep. At the same temperature, you can sleep well in your comfort. You should maintain room temperature which is required by your body. For a good mood, you need a good and sound sleep. Buy bed linen made of cotton (in Ukrainian, постільну білизну купити), change the pillowcase every three days, and ventilate the room. Such conditions will give you a boost of energy.

When you walk into your room make sure that it’s clean, it’s tidy, you feel good, it smells good. Your bedsheet is ready to go to sleep so by the time you go in bed.
Dim the lights

Energy leaks
The last most important thing is energy leaks. What is your life filled with stress? Are your circumstances all messed up? Are you talking to yourself? Are you constantly fighting with yourself that you are going to be so tired?
So if your heart isn’t right then your mind and body aren’t going to be right. You have to get your heart right. If these all are not aligned and you are fighting something that’ll cause you to be so tired all day and it will leak your energy, so check that energy leaks.
